

Return Policy
1. Returns
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the product within seven (7) days from the date of delivery for a refund, subject to the conditions below.
1.1 Unopened Products
Products must be returned unopened, unused, and in their original condition
All original packaging, accessories, manuals, and materials must be included
A full refund will be issued, excluding original shipping costs
1.2 Opened Products
Opened products may be accepted for return at our discretion
A restocking fee of up to 25% may be charged
Products must be returned with all original packaging and materials
If original packaging or materials are missing or damaged, an additional fee may be applied
Returned items must be in a condition fit for resale
1.3 Non-Returnable Items
The following items may only be returned if unopened:
Software
Consumables
Any sealed electronic products
2. Return Shipping Responsibility
All items returned to Mystique Marine (Pty) Ltd must be securely packaged to prevent damage in transit
The return parcel must clearly display the order number and return address
The customer is responsible for the safe return of goods
Mystique Marine (Pty) Ltd will not be liable for damage incurred during return shipping
We strongly recommend insuring any items returned to us
3. Order Cancellations (Before Dispatch)
Orders cancelled prior to fulfilment (dispatch) will be refunded in full, including any delivery charges paid
Once an order has been dispatched, the return conditions outlined above will apply
All payments received are considered fully refundable deposits until the order is fulfilled
4. Warranty & Replacements
All products sold by Mystique Marine (Pty) Ltd are covered by the manufacturer’s original warranty, which is a minimum of 12 months, unless otherwise stated.
Some products may carry extended manufacturer warranties, which we honour in full.
5. Faulty Products
If you receive a faulty product, please contact us as soon as possible so we can assist with the return process.
5.1 Faults After 30 Days
The customer is responsible for arranging delivery of the faulty item back to Mystique Marine (Pty) Ltd
We will cover the return shipping costs back to the customer once the item has been assessed or repaired/replaced under warranty
5.2 Dead on Arrival (DOA) or Faults Within 30 Days
If a product is dead on arrival (DOA) or becomes faulty within 30 days of delivery, we will:
Arrange courier collection from your address
Cover shipping costs both ways
All faulty items are subject to inspection and testing by the manufacturer or authorised service agent prior to approval of a replacement or refund.
