Stock Availability & Order Processing
​
Most products listed on our website are held in stock. In the event that an item is not immediately available, it will be ordered from our suppliers and is typically available within a maximum lead time of up to 14 days, unless otherwise stated on the product page.
While we make every effort to keep product availability and pricing up to date, customers will receive an order confirmation email once stock availability has been verified. Where applicable, we will also provide an estimated delivery timeframe before dispatch.
If a product becomes unavailable from our suppliers after an order has been placed, we will contact you to discuss available options. You may choose to:
Accept a suitable alternative product
Place the item on backorder
Cancel the affected item for a full refund

Payment & Order Confirmation

Once your order has been confirmed, payment can be made via:
Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) - An additional 2% discount is applied to all orders paid via EFT. This discount is reflected on the official invoice issued and emailed to the customer following order placement.
Cash Deposit
Card Payments
Orders will only be released for dispatch once payment has cleared in our bank account. Due to our ability to process most local EFT payments quickly, EFT remains the fastest and preferred payment method.
Payment must be completed within 48 hours of placing the order. Failure to do so may result in the order being cancelled or repriced should supplier pricing change.

Delivery Options
Door-to-Door Courier Delivery
We offer nationwide door-to-door courier delivery using reputable courier partners such as The Courier Guy and Fastway Couriers.

Important notes:

Courier deliveries cannot be made to PO Boxes
A valid physical street address is required at checkout
We currently do not deliver to remote locations, including farms and mines
Delivery charges are calculated based on:
Actual or volumetric weight (whichever is greater)
Total order value

Delivery Timeframes
​
Once payment has cleared, orders are typically dispatched within 24 business hours, subject to stock availability.
Estimated delivery timeframes are displayed during checkout and apply to business days only, commencing from the date of dispatch.
Deliveries to outlying or non-major centres may take 3–4 additional business days. All shipments are fully trackable, and tracking details will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

Collection
​
Customer collection in Cape Town is available strictly by prior appointment. Collection details will be confirmed once the order is ready for release.

Lost, Damaged, or Missing Orders
​
All orders dispatched by Mystique Marine Pty Ltd are fully insured.

In the unlikely event that an order is lost, damaged, or stolen while in transit, we will either:

Replace the order, or
​
Issue a full refund
The decision to replace or refund remains at our sole discretion.

If a parcel appears damaged upon delivery, please inspect the contents in the presence of the courier driver and notify us immediately via email or live chat should any items be missing or damaged.
Once a clean delivery signature has been obtained, responsibility for the shipment is deemed transferred to the customer.
